Others have asked this question but none of the solutions work for me. Whenever I try to debug my app on any of my devices I keep getting this error:

Installing c.yx.dtmts
DEVICE SHELL COMMAND: pm install -r "/data/local/tmp/c.yx.dtmts"
pkg: /data/local/tmp/c.yx.dtmts

I know that it is because there is a package on the device with the same name. I rooted one device and deleted the /data/data/{packagename} file. That didn't work. I did a whole factory reset on another device and it still gives me the error. I have a feeling it is something with Android Studio because this happens on every device regardless if the app was installed or not beforehand.
